After Russia’s attack on Ukraine, efforts were made to collect donations in many ways. Ukraine has added cryptocurrencies to its list of ways to donate. He had managed to collect about $100 million in crypto donations. Later, Ukraine went one step further and established a joint crypto donation site with FTX and Everstake.
Aid for Ukraine: The password for the venture called FTX is the staking service . According to the site, FTX converts crypto donations into fiat money and sends them to the fundraising account of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The site has options for making donations in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Polkadot, Solana, Dogecoin, Monero, Icon and Neo N3.
Finally, the amount set as a target is $200 million. The details on the site are as follows;
“This marks the first instance of a cryptocurrency exchange cooperating directly with a public financial institution to provide a channel for crypto donations. Help Ukraine with crypto, do not leave us alone with the enemy”
